Five areas coordinated around one person, by a multidisciplinary team that works as one.
Where do I start?
Four questions. One clear direction.
Answer four quick questions (30 seconds) and we will tell you where to start and with whom. Your answers stay in your browser: if you then request an assessment, you will see a summary in the form and decide whether it reaches us.
The heart and blood vessels react to how you sleep, eat, move and handle stress. Many risk factors progress for years without causing symptoms.
How we approach it at ETRYUM
A comprehensive cardiovascular assessment reviews your history and family background, includes an examination with an electrocardiogram and estimates your overall risk, to build a personalised prevention plan. If you train, it can be completed with a sports medicine assessment.
Glucose, body fat, appetite and energy depend on diet, but also on sleep, stress and physical activity — which is why they are rarely solved by looking at a single number.
How we approach it at ETRYUM
The medical assessment includes body composition by bioimpedance and, where appropriate, blood tests. PNI then works on the habits you can change — food, activity, sleep and stress — with a progressive plan that is reviewed over time.
The nervous system coordinates your response to stress, rest and recovery. When the load is sustained, it tends to show in sleep, digestion, energy or focus.
How we approach it at ETRYUM
The stress and neuroendocrine regulation programme identifies what is sustaining that load and improves how you adapt and recover. If symptoms call for medical investigation, it is coordinated with the responsible physician.
Joints, muscles and tendons carry your daily and sporting life. A poorly resolved injury changes how you move and makes it more likely to return.
How we approach it at ETRYUM
Orthopaedic assessment — with particular focus on the knee, the shoulder and sports injuries — connects directly with advanced physiotherapy and musculoskeletal ultrasound, from diagnosis to a recovery plan.
Immune responses and inflammation are shaped by sleep, stress, diet and physical activity, not only by what comes from outside.
How we approach it at ETRYUM
The PNI immunity and inflammation programme focuses on the lifestyle factors you can change. Whenever diagnosis or medical treatment is needed, it is assessed together with the physician.
Hormones regulate energy, sleep, body composition and mood — and in turn respond to stress, rest and the rhythm of each day.
How we approach it at ETRYUM
Psychoneuroimmunology looks at the factors that influence neuroendocrine balance — stress, sleep, circadian rhythms, diet — and adjusts them with an individual plan. PNI does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment: if an endocrine disorder is suspected, the physician assesses it.
Too little rest affects physical recovery, metabolism, mood and concentration.
How we approach it at ETRYUM
The sleep and circadian rhythm programme reviews your habits and schedules to support restorative sleep and better recovery. If there are signs that need a specific assessment, it is coordinated with the physician.
Recovering isn't waiting for it to pass. It means understanding what limits your movement and rebuilding strength, control and tolerance to load.
How we approach it at ETRYUM
A functional assessment sets the starting point. Then advanced physiotherapy and progressive loading until you return to your life, your work or your sport — coordinated with orthopaedics when the case requires it.

A physician who graduated from the National University of Rosario, registered in Alicante, with more than fourteen years in emergency medicine, critical care and clinical cardiology, previously head of emergency medicine and an ICU physician. At ETRYUM he focuses on longevity medicine: understanding how to protect each person’s long-term health, function and capacity from their cardiovascular and metabolic risk, their habits and their physical condition.
His longevity consultation starts with a 60-minute comprehensive assessment: clinical and family history, habits (nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress and emotional health), physical examination, bioimpedance, electrocardiogram and cardiovascular and metabolic risk stratification. From there he designs a personalised plan and reviews it in follow-up consultations. He complements it with cardiovascular and sports medicine assessments for anyone who trains or wants to start safely.
