The website owned by ETRYUM HEALTH AND CARE SL (hereinafter “the web” or the “website”) uses cookies and/or similar technologies that store and retrieve information while you browse. 3. Which cookies do we use?
The website does not currently set any cookies. It only uses the browser’s own storage (session storage) for the technical functions listed below, which do not identify the user and are not shared with third parties:

The website does not currently set any third-party cookies.
4. How can cookies be disabled?
It is normally possible to stop accepting browser cookies, or to stop accepting the cookies of a particular service.
All modern browsers allow cookie settings to be changed. These settings are usually found under “options” or “preferences” in your browser menu. You can also configure your browser or email client, and install free add-ons to prevent web bugs from being downloaded when you open an email.

5. Data transfers to third countries.
The cookies described in section 3 of this cookie policy may involve the transfer of data to third countries. International data transfers are flows of personal data from Spain to recipients established in countries outside the European Economic Area (the countries of the European Union plus Liechtenstein, Iceland and Norway).
The website does not currently set cookies that involve international data transfers.

6. Data subjects’ rights.
We remind you that data protection law, in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, allows data subjects to exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), objection, portability, restriction of processing, and the right to object to automated decisions (including profiling).

7. Retention periods.
In compliance with Article 13(2)(a) GDPR, we inform you that cookies will be stored for a specific period of time. To check the retention periods and obtain more information on this point, please see the “Expiry” column in section “3. Which cookies do we use?”.
8. Can this cookie policy change?
ETRYUM HEALTH AND CARE SL may amend this Cookie Policy in line with legislative or regulatory requirements, or to adapt it to the instructions issued by the European and/or national supervisory authorities (in our case, the Spanish Data Protection Agency); users are therefore advised to visit it periodically.
Significant changes to this Cookie Policy will be communicated to users through this website.
