Health Always On
01 — What ETRYUM is preparing
ETRYUM is preparing its first multidisciplinary centre in La Nucía. It will bring together integrative medicine, clinical psychoneuroimmunology, longevity, sports medicine and advanced rehabilitation around one person.
First centre · Ciudad Deportiva Camilo Cano · Opening September 2026
Start with what you want to understand or improve. The appropriate disciplines would then be coordinated around that objective.
Understand your health context, habits, available biomarkers and long-term priorities through a coordinated assessment.
Explore how symptoms, metabolism, sleep, stress, lifestyle and immune regulation may interact rather than considering them separately.
Connect musculoskeletal assessment, advanced physiotherapy and progressive rehabilitation with the return to activity.
Assess movement and physical function to build capacity for sport, work and an active life over time.
02 — A first visit
The planned first-visit pathway is designed to understand the person before proposing a strategy. The exact sequence would adapt to the reason for consultation.
Complete the relevant history and questionnaires in advance and provide any existing analyses or reports that may help the assessment.
Review the clinical context, objectives, habits, recovery and relevant physical function or available data with the appropriate professional.
Interpret the findings, establish priorities and define the next steps. Where appropriate, the relevant professionals would coordinate around the same plan.
This pathway presents the model of care that will shape the ETRYUM experience from its opening in September 2026.
03 — Why ETRYUM will work differently
ETRYUM's model is designed to read symptoms, sleep, metabolism, movement, stress and recovery together. The aim is to move from fragmented and reactive care towards a more preventive, measured and coordinated approach.
Clinical history, context, lifestyle and objectives. The person before the protocol.
Relevant clinical data, physical function and progression over time.
A personalized clinical strategy, coordinated across disciplines.
Review, adapt and improve as the person changes.
04 — The planned clinical ecosystem
Five perspectives are planned to work around the same person once activity begins. The ecosystem is designed so that specialties can share direction instead of working in isolation.
A systemic clinical perspective exploring how lifestyle, metabolism, stress, sleep and immune regulation interact within the individual.
A broader clinical perspective designed to understand the patient beyond isolated symptoms, and to build a personalized strategy around their health context.
Clinical assessment and personalized strategies designed around long-term health, function and resilience. Longevity is the quality of the years ahead.
Musculoskeletal assessment and treatment connected directly with rehabilitation and return to activity — from diagnosis to recovery strategy.
Advanced Physiotherapy · Rehabilitation · Return to Performance
Advanced rehabilitation designed to restore movement, function and physical capacity — not simply to reduce symptoms.

05 — Recovery & Performance
True recovery means rebuilding movement, function, confidence and physical capacity. ETRYUM plans to connect advanced physiotherapy, rehabilitation and return-to-performance planning with medical assessment and progressive functional recovery.
From injury to full capacity.
Opening September 2026
ETRYUM will unite medical insight, advanced rehabilitation and a whole-person view of health in an environment designed to protect human capacity over time.
08 — The location
The first ETRYUM centre is planned to open inside Ciudad Deportiva Camilo Cano in La Nucía, bringing its future health, recovery and performance activity into an extraordinary sports environment.

Nursing Assistant · International Patient Care
Nursing assistant trained in Norway, with extensive experience at the official Norwegian rehabilitation clinic and more than a decade caring for the international community of the Costa Blanca.
