Longevity medicine

It’s not about living longer.
It’s about getting there with your capacity intact.

Preventive medicine designed to preserve energy, autonomy, function and cardiovascular health over time.

The future of your health
is built with today's information.

Clinical longevity starts by knowing your baseline and turning it into sustainable decisions.

01

Your check-ups look normal, but you do not feel normal

The absence of known disease does not always explain changes in energy, sleep, recovery or physical capacity.

02

You want prevention with direction

You want to go beyond repeating blood tests and understand which risks matter to you and which can change.

03

Performance has a growing cost

You maintain high demands, but need more time to recover and sustain clarity, strength or endurance.

04

You are entering a different stage

Changes in age, body composition or hormonal state call for a strategy that protects function and autonomy.

Measurement matters only
when it helps a decision.

Data is interpreted with your history, function and goals. No isolated marker defines your future health.

  1. 01

    Risk

History and cardiovascular, metabolic and personal factors.

  2. 02

    Function

Movement, strength, cardiorespiratory capacity and autonomy.

  3. 03

    Recovery

Sleep, stress, load, energy and adaptation.

  4. 04

    Trend

Useful changes over time, rather than a single snapshot.

The pathway

A baseline.
A plan that is reviewed.

Useful prevention does not chase perfection. It reduces risk and sustains capacity through realistic goals.

  1. 01

    Define

Clarify what you want to preserve, improve or understand over time.

  2. 02

    Assess

Review history, examination, function and tests relevant to your profile.

  3. 03

    Interpret

Connect the data and distinguish risk, trend and expected variation.

  4. 04

    Act

Prioritise change and, when appropriate, treatment or clinical coordination.

  5. 05

    Review

Check progress and adjust only what needs to change.

An active person moves through warm light, representing long-term capacity.

Longevity is not a number. It is still having options in ten, twenty or thirty years.

Energy, mobility, cardiovascular health, strength, cognition and meaningful relationships form a capacity worth protecting together.

Protect what allows you
to keep living your way.

The assessment selects the domains relevant to your age, history, goals and activity level.

01

Cardiovascular risk

Blood pressure, history, ECG and overall risk estimation when indicated.

02

Metabolic health

Glucose, lipids, body composition and modifiable factors.

03

Physical capacity

Movement, strength, exercise tolerance and functional baseline.

04

Sleep and regulation

Rest quality, stress and recovery capacity.

05

Cognitive health

History, risk factors and habits that merit clinical follow-up.

06

Life transitions

Hormonal, professional and personal changes that may alter health priorities.

Versions

One medicine.
Adapted to every stage.

From the start, the assessment is shaped by who you are and what your life demands of you.

Longevity for women

Who it is for: Women who want to get ahead of the changes of perimenopause and menopause and protect their capacity for the years ahead.

What it focuses on

  • Energy, rest and body composition
  • Long-term bone and cardiovascular health
  • Hormonal transitions, with medical judgement
Men

Longevity for men

Who it is for: Men who want to understand their risk and look after their capacity before symptoms appear.

What it focuses on

  • Cardiovascular and metabolic risk
  • Strength, body composition and energy
  • Sustainable habits in a demanding life
High demand

Executives and professionals

Who it is for: People with major responsibilities who need to sustain clarity and performance without neglecting their health.

What it focuses on

  • Stress, sleep and recovery
  • Prevention that fits a complex schedule
  • One team coordinating the follow-up

Rigorous prevention
also knows when to say no.

Not every available test is necessary and not every change needs treatment. ETRYUM prioritises clinically useful assessments, explains their limits and refers findings that need specialist investigation.

We do not promise rejuvenation, exact biological ages or absolute prevention. Longevity medicine works with risk, capacity and follow-up.

What we do

  • A complete medical history and background
  • Cardiovascular and metabolic risk
  • Body composition and physical capacity
  • Sleep, stress and recovery
  • Biomarkers with a clinical indication
  • Follow-up to check the plan is working

What we don't do

  • Tests without proven clinical value
  • Supplements by the handful, without indication
  • Biohacking trends
  • Anti-ageing promises or exact “biological ages”

At what age does a longevity assessment make sense?

There is no single age. It may help when you want a baseline, have a family history, notice changes in capacity or want clearer direction for prevention.

Is this a conventional health check?

It includes medical assessment, but it is not about accumulating tests. It starts with a question and selects the examination and data that may support a useful decision.

Do I need wearables or advanced testing?

Not necessarily. Devices and biomarkers are included only when reliable, appropriate to the case and capable of changing follow-up or a clinical decision.

Is longevity medicine about anti-ageing treatments?

No. ETRYUM focuses on prevention, risk, function and long-term capacity. It does not promise to reverse ageing or use the term as a guarantee of results.

How often is the plan reviewed?

That depends on your baseline and goals. Follow-up is scheduled to assess clinically relevant change, not to repeat measurements without a clear purpose.
